What happens if an event is cancelled?
You'll get a full refund. We'll start processing refunds as soon as the event is cancelled, and you should see the money in your account within 14 days (plus 3-5 business days for your bank to process it).

What if I can't attend?
We don't offer refunds for change of plans, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else, just let us know before the event.
