Event Cancellation

In the event of a show being cancelled, tickets will be refunded within 14 days of us recieving notification. These refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Refund Policy

You cannot refund tickets for events that have not been cancelled. If you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please let us know.
